Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD (Computer-Aided Design) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, and proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revise detailed electronic (CAD) working plans, charts, and scale drawings for complex projects from observations, measurements, sketches, and specifications.

• Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.

• Perform geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

• Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices.

• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to complete project plans.

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of all designs.

• Stay updated with the latest CAD technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years’ experience in drafting or other engineering related position.

• General construction knowledge along with ability to read and interpret blueprints required.

• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent technical design skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
