PR/158963 | Senior Sales Engineer (MNC - Mechanical, Bearings)

Our client is a leading Automotive and Industrial bearings distributor who is looking for an experienced sales engineer as part of their business expansion. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of sales experience in bearings and related products, including those used in machinery or engineering applications. This role will be based at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase sales by effectively promoting and selling our products to both new and existing customers.

Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new accounts through strategic brand awareness initiatives.

Act as a solutions provider by addressing customer needs, offering consultations, recommendations, and technical support.

Manage customer and prospect relationships by building and maintaining detailed contact records, ensuring effective account management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education requirement - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of sales experience in bearings and related products, including those used in machinery or engineering applications, is required.

• Candidates with a strong background in selling both bearings and other complementary industrial products will be preferred. 

• Conversational in Mandarin as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking customers.

• Possess own vehicle as a mode of transportation.

• Passion in Sales and Problem Solving; Positive mindset and an Agile attitude; Outgoing personality, Pro-active and Self-motivated.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, preferably local candidates familiar with Sabah.
