PR/158837 | BIM Engineer / BIM Executive

An international Design & Build construction specializing in designing & construction of industrial buildings, warehouses, Data Centres, commercial buildings and many others. 

Our client is looking to hire a BIM Engineer/ BIM Executive based in Kuala Lumpur to join their dynamic team of engineers as they grow rapidly. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with BIM Manager/Project Manager to align BIM implementation with project needs.

• Develop and manage the overall BIM implementation plan.

• Gather BIM models from various disciplines according to contracts, consultant, and project requirements, conduct clash detection for each discipline's models, and generate clash detection reports.

• Assist with drawing and technical issues for tender development.

• Responsible to Create 3D models and prepare related documents on schedule and with high quality.

• Execute and maintain the BIM execution plan.

• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies.

• Continuously review BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  or Diploma/ Certificate of Completion in BIM Modelling or equivalent.

• Minimum 2- 3 years of work experience using  BIM Software (Revit) & AutoCAD in the construction industry

• Good communications skills
