Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of the Treasury Sales Support team.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior dealers and colleagues from other departments.
Manage and optimize operational processes, including documentation, product assessment, and data analysis related to FX, rates, and options.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (BNM, market risk, compliance risk, financial crime risk) through product assessment and documentation.
Conduct in-depth data analysis on customer volume and profitability to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
10- 15 years of experience in Financial Services industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong understanding of documentation (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of market products and related risks.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
