PR/158812 | FINANCE MANAGER (SARAWAK)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Manage banking relationships, financial covenants, compliance, foreign currency hedging, and optimize financing solutions.

• Arrange equity and debt financing, enhance financial processes, and support business expansion and investment planning.

• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital management, monitor financial variances, and manage corporate insurance.

• Handle tax audits, transfer pricing, withholding tax, incentive applications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Negotiate banking agreements, oversee invoice financing, and amend agreements.

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

• 10-15 years in corporate finance, treasury, or banking. Exposure in audit or consulting firm will be added advantage.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of FX hedging, banking contracts, and financing structures.

• Skills: Experience with ERP implementation and financial process optimization.

• Mindset: Analytical with excellent stakeholder management skills.
