JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment life cycle management
Develop maintenance strategies for factory equipment and electrical systems, including preventive maintenance (PM) plans and annual overhaul plans for key equipment
Lead the inspection of safety hazards in high-voltage electrical systems
Spare parts management and cost control
Based on equipment operation data (such as PLC fault code statistics), the life cycle of wearing parts (such as motor bearings and belts) is predicted, and a safety inventory model (such as the ABC classification method) is developed
Design a training system for production line team leaders (such as equipment inspection and lubrication and maintenance SOPs), organize practical assessments every quarter to ensure autonomous maintenance execution by the team, establish a maintenance team skill matrix (such as inverter commissioning, mechanical transmission maintenance),
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electrical automation, familiar with ISO 13849 machinery safety standards
Experience requirements: More than 8 years of experience in equipment management in the automotive parts industry, has led the operation and maintenance of ≥2 automated production lines, and is familiar with local equipment in Malaysia.
Skills: Master TPM management tools and CMMS systems
