Job Description
A US based engineering company in Penang is looking for ERP Specialist in managing and optimizing ERP systems to integrate various business processes and data across departments, ensuring streamlined operations and real-time information accuracy
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the implementation of ERP systems and upgrades to existing ones, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the organization
Regularly maintaining the ERP system to prevent disruptions and troubleshooting issues that arise
Providing support to users across the organization and conducting training sessions to ensure proficiency in using the ERP system
Continuously analyzing and optimizing business processes within the ERP system to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system and generating reports to provide business insights
Collaborating with external vendors to address issues, negotiate contracts, and ensure the system meets organizational needs
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
High proficiency in Epicor
Familiar with supply chain processes
