【必須条件】
■大卒以上の方で人事実務経験が5 年以上あり、グローバル規模での人事施策経験者
（アジア、ヨーロッパ、アメリカでの人事経験、MBA または人事関連資格の保有者歓迎）
■ ビジネスレベルの英語力、高い柔軟性と適応力、リーダーシップ
