ゲストリレーション兼医療通訳
【求人の詳細】
日系クリニックにて患者と医師とのコミュニケーションをサポートいただきます。
■受付業務（来院対応、LINE・メール・電話での問い合わせや予約の対応、事務処理）
■来院された患者様へのサポート、医師とのコーディネート・通訳
※状況に応じて上記以外の業務をお願いすることがございます。
【勤務時間】
土日祝を含むシフト勤務（実働8時間）
週休2日
【選考フロー】
1～2回（対面・オンライン）
【必須条件】
■5 年～10 年くらいのサービス業界経験があり、シフト勤務が可能な方（業界経験不問）
■高いコミュニケーション力と柔軟性、新しいことに積極的に取り組めること
■業務に支障のない英語力（医師↔患者間の通訳ができるレベルの英語力）
