Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities (90%): Chemical Safety Management Officer (Vietnamese Chemical Law)
Establish and operate a safety management system in accordance with Vietnamese chemical regulations.
Support risk assessment and management measures for raw materials, products, and waste.
Assist in administrative procedures, including handling submissions to government
Provide education and training for internal departments (manufacturing, quality, and Prepare, update, and manage safety-related documents such as SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and GHS labels.
Others Responsibilities (10%): Product Commercialization Support (Future Expansion Possible)
Assist in recording and documenting prototype and evaluation data.
Participate in experimental tasks related to product development, depending on the situation.
Collaborate with the manufacturing department and support mass production.
Provide technical support to customers as needed
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry (mandatory for meeting the qualification requirements for the Chemical Safety Management Officer role).
Work Experience: at least 03 years in Chemical safety management, develop new products in coatings, raw materials, paintings
Language Skills (at least one of the following is required, proficiency in multiple languages is preferred):
Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher.
Chinese: HSK Level 4 or higher (HSK Level 5 preferred).
English: IELTS Overall 5.5 or equivalent.

Ability to understand situations structurally and report logically.
Preference for roles with clear responsibilities and a structured work environment.
Knowledge and experience in understanding and applying Vietnamese chemical regulations.
