Foreign company is looking for Logistics Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh
Job Responsibilities
Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Develop the strategic plans to optimize logistics operations, improve efficiency, and meet business objectives.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation and logistics services.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.
Maintain and update logistics documentation and records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience from 1 year to 3 years in logistics field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Having knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good communication in English and German skills
