Job Description
■ポジション名■ プロジェクトマネージャー
■職務内容■
・オフィス、生産施設、研究所、データセンター、商業、ホテル、再開発など、幅広い用途のプロジェクトでリーダーを担当いただきます。
・プロジェクトの管理監督・運営に加え、OJTでのスタッフの育成などもお任せします。
■求める経験・能力・資格等■
・2級建築士相当のスキル・ご経験
・大型物件の設計・監理経験
・幅広い用途の設計・監理経験
・Auto CADまたはベクターワークスが使える方
上記の各項目について10年以上の経験があること
■オファー内容(勤務条件)■
≪給与≫ 3,000～4,500USD (Gross)※経験に応じて相談 賞与年1回(1ヶ月)
≪勤務地≫ ハノイ※プロジェクトによってはホーチミンへの出張あり
≪勤務時間≫ 月～木8:00～18:00、金8:00～17:00
≪休暇≫ 土日祝日休み(ベトナムのカレンダーに準ずる)、有給:16日/年
