Job Description
Foreign real estate company is looking for Project Leader to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong city.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural, and MEP teams to meet project requirements.
- Approve Method Statements, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Schedules, and QA/QC submissions.
- Identify and resolve design issues, suggesting improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Follow international project standards, including PM, CM, QS, Design QP, and contractor guidelines.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Leader or related role.
- At least 5 years of experience working on-site with a main contractor, top contractor, or construction management company.
- At least 2 projects type high-rise buildings or Complex building.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MO skills.
