Job Description
Foreign real estate company is looking for QS Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong city.
Job Responsibilities
- Check the quantity, unit rate, Manage and update cost database.
- Verify bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing& specification.
- Manage project schedules, tender schedule.
- Manage cost, budget, and scope of work for the project.
- Prepare tender document of consultant package, contractor package.
- Prepare tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract.
- Oversee contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in QS role or relevant role.
- Experience in Construction for Residential, High-rise building, and Commercial projects.
- Strong QS knowledge and experience working with foreign companies.
- Fluent in English, majoring in Construction.
