• Serve as the key contact for chemical-related safety regulations, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.

• Compile and submit required reports related to chemical safety to regulatory authorities.

• Oversee licensing procedures for importing specific industrial substances.

• Ensure that all chemical management protocols align with internal and external compliance guidelines.

• Support business units with chemical-related documentation and operational procedures.

• Maintain and update the internal database for chemical tracking and compliance.

• Assist in any additional tasks related to chemical safety as assigned by management.

• Review and validate shipping paperwork to confirm adherence to contractual agreements and financial policies.

• Work in coordination with logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries.

• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and finance, to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Input and maintain accurate records related to shipments, payments, and supplier transactions.

• Verify logistics costs and reconcile them with relevant shipping documents.

• Handle other operational tasks as directed by supervisors.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry (Mandatory).

• Experience: At least three years in logistics, supply chain, or international trade (import/export documentation, customs procedures, HS classification, Incoterms, etc.).

• Strong English communication skills (business level).

• High attention to detail and strong knowledge of safety regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.

• Salary: 1,100 USD per month (negotiable based on experience).
