An international trading and investment firm engaged in multiple industries, including industrial materials, chemicals, automotive, and global supply chain management. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions while maintaining strict compliance with safety and environmental standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the key contact for chemical-related safety regulations, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
Compile and submit required reports related to chemical safety to regulatory authorities.
Oversee licensing procedures for importing specific industrial substances.
Ensure that all chemical management protocols align with internal and external compliance guidelines.
Support business units with chemical-related documentation and operational procedures.
Maintain and update the internal database for chemical tracking and compliance.
Assist in any additional tasks related to chemical safety as assigned by management.
Review and validate shipping paperwork to confirm adherence to contractual agreements and financial policies.
Work in coordination with logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries.
Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and finance, to ensure smooth daily operations.
Input and maintain accurate records related to shipments, payments, and supplier transactions.
Verify logistics costs and reconcile them with relevant shipping documents.
Handle other operational tasks as directed by supervisors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry (Mandatory).
Experience: At least three years in logistics, supply chain, or international trade (import/export documentation, customs procedures, HS classification, Incoterms, etc.).
Strong English communication skills (business level).
High attention to detail and strong knowledge of safety regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
Salary: 1,100 USD per month (negotiable based on experience).
