Job Overview: 

Seeking a highly skilled Embedded Engineer with expertise in ECU-related software development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and automotive software development processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded software for ECU systems, primarily focusing on EV/AC controllers.

• Collaborate with customers to define software requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Lead and manage team member activities, including task estimation, planning, and software reviews.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report to the manager.

• Engage in discussions with customers and Japanese engineers to resolve development challenges.

• Investigate and troubleshoot problems during customer development, working closely with the customer to identify root causes.

• Train and mentor subordinates, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields with 3-6 years' relevant experience.

• Extensive knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers.

• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for model-based design and simulation.

• Familiarity with software development processes, including V-model and Agile lifecycle methodologies.
