Job Description
Location: Neemrana
Job Responsibilities:
Hand on experience in mechanical and Knowledge about Basic Electrical
Knowledge in Hydraulic System, drawing reading and making , Fitting type, other material function hydraulic items
Knowledge about Furnace Maintenance, Casting line maintenance, air operated pump, centrifugal pump, High pressure pump.
Understanding about ball screw, Slide and Basic condition check of machine
Making of roller assembly, Bearing fitting system.
Knowledge of DG, Compressor, Pump House Maint.
Knowledge about limit, fit, tolerance as per standard show in drawing.
Trouble shooting of CNC Lathe, Fanuc based m/c , and casting m/c, and Induction furnaces. Cranes, Utility m/c’s.
Knowledge in making free hand drawing / 3 D Drawing of objects in Auto CAD.
Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing, and Mechanical repairing of Pumps.
Knowledge of Maintaining Data Like MTBF-MTTR, Utility consumption, Maint. Records updating.
Knowledge of drilling, tapping, welding, grinding etc.
Knowledge of shift handling.
Knowledge of Basic Computer
