- IT/ソフトウェアプロジェクトにおける10年以上の経験があり、インフラリーダーシップの経験がある方
- クラウド導入（AWS）、環境構築、監視に関する深い理解
- CI/CD、自動化、DevOpsワークフローに精通している方
- JIRA、Confluence、Redmine、または類似ツールの実務経験
- インフラチームのリーダーシップ、ボトルネックの解決、タイムリーなデリバリーの実現における実績
歓迎する資格：
- AWS/DevOps認定資格
- Agile/Scrumに関する知識
- PMPまたは類似の資格
- バイリンガル（日英）コミュニケーション能力
日本語：日本語ビジネスレベル（N2）、英語ビジネスレベル
- 10+ years in IT/Software projects with infrastructure leadership experience
- Strong understanding of cloud deployments (AWS), environment setup, and monitoring
- Familiar with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps workflows
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Redmine, or similar tools
- Proven ability to lead infra teams, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS/DevOps certifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
- PMP or similar certification
- Bilingual (JP/EN) communication
Japanese Language: Japanese Business level (N2) and Business level English
