- KOL（キーオピニオンリーダー）との関係構築・維持・戦略的なエンゲージメントの主導
- エリア内MSLの活動支援・トレーニング・指導（ピープルマネジメントなしのリーダー職）

- 優れたプレゼンテーション能力・科学的知識・戦略思考
