業務内容：不動産投資信託（REIT）や不動産ファンドなどの運用、不動産資産の管理など
勤務地：東京
給与：600~1200万円（スキルや経験により異なります）
勤務時間：9:00-17:00 (フレックスタイム制)
完全週休2日制 (土日祝日）

不動産（アセットタイプは問わない）の取得、エクイティ投資、アセットマネジメント、不動産仲介、不動産鑑定、金融機関でのファイナンスやエクイティ投資等に関するいずれかのご経験 ・コミュニケーション力が高い方（社外、社内関係者との協議、調整業務が多いため）
（歓迎要件）
収益不動産への投資、ＡＭ会社でのアクイジション経験 ・不動産証券化協会認定マスター、建築士、不動産鑑定士等の資格取得者
■求める人物像
ＡＭ会社、仲介会社、デベロッパー等の社外のプレイヤーと円滑なコミュニケーションをとれる方 ・チームメンバー同士で助け合いながら仕事を進められる方 ・スピード感、柔軟性を持った方 ・自分で物事を考えて実行に移すことができる方
