This position is for a diligent Junior PM role in the Technology & Telecoms industry, based in Tokyo. The role involves working collaboratively with various departments to facilitate the successful execution of projects.

Description
-Define business requirements and understand clients' needs
-Ensure smoothly/timely client onboarding
-Manage client inquiries by respecting our SLO
-Troubleshoot/coordinate with Development Team or QA Team for incidents
-Perform other necessary client support activities
-Learn/keep up-to-date with Tech platform/products' specifications to be able to guide clients accordingly
-Standardize client support processes to enhance operational efficiency
-Create/improve client support documentation
-Be the liaison between clients and Tech platform/product teams
-Cross-functional collaboration/stakeholder management of various teams - Product Management, Project Management, Development, and Operation teams
-Contribute to Team KPIs, report on project progress
