主な業務内容

• ADASシステムのテストプロトコル・テストレポートの作成・検証
• 実車テストの実施、システム性能・機能の検証
• テスト結果の分析・報告（社内外向け）
• テスト機器の手配・維持・最適化
• グローバル・バリデーションチームやその他ステイクホルダーとの連携

Join a leading global mobility company as a Vehicle Test Engineer, specializing in ADAS and autonomous driving technologies. In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze vehicle tests to ensure system performance and quality. You will work closely with global validation teams and contribute to next-generation automotive component validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate test protocols and reports for ADAS vehicle systems.
• Conduct real-vehicle testing to verify system performance and functionality.
• Analyze and report test results internally and externally.
• Arrange, maintain, and optimize test equipment for accurate validation.
• Collaborate with global validation teams and key stakeholders.

必須スキル・経験

経験・資格：

• 普通自動車運転免許（日本）
• 自動車製品のバリデーション経験5年以上

ソフトスキル：

• 車が好きなこと
• イノベーションに対する姿勢（型にとらわれない発想力、チャレンジ精神）
• 新技術に対する好奇心、情熱

語学力：

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
