- インフラの維持、管理、備品管理の担当
- 業務で使用するコンピューターの準備、維持
- 業務で使用する各種アカウントの作成、管理
- 業務ツールの不都合対応
- 担当部署へのエスカレーション
- 業務使用の備品管理
- 各種セキュリティパッチ適用、インベントリー、修理手配
- Network / Serverの維持管理
- 海外チームと連携してセキュリティ是正、不都合、Firmware更新などを行う
