新規ビジネス創出や業務改革を推進するコンサルタント、先端技術を活用したITプロジェクトや大規模案件をリードするプロジェクトマネージャー・ITエンジニアを中心に、積極的に経験者の採用を進めています。
【主な業務内容】 ■IT人材採用戦略の立案・実行：年間70名規模のIT人材採用計画の策定/採用チャネル開拓・管理/採用予算の管理・最適化■採用実務の推進：候補者のソーシング・スクリーニング/面接調整・実施/オファー条件交渉・クロージング■採用チーム・制度の構築：社内面接官の育成・トレーニング/評価基準・面接プロセスの設計/採用関連資料・ツールの整備
