設定されたプロジェクトテーマに対して計画立案～業務実行を行っていただきます。
当該部署は、プロジェクトの旗振り役で海外PC及び国内技術開発部との連携を取っていただきます。
・各テーマの下記PoC検証を通じたテーマの推進可否判断
市場提供価値 （市場調査、競合調査など）
技術的実現性（目標値への具体化、課題形成・実行など） ・・・技術開発部と連携
具体性の検証の実行（ターゲットの設定など）
・顧客への初期サンプルワーク （コンセプトデザインの設定）
・テーマ化検討、それに伴う販売計画の策定・更新（計数管理）
・テーマ化以降は設定されたマイルストンに対する進捗管理、推進サポート
・これら情報を活用した拡大計画の立案
