【職務概要】
タイ人スタッフ２名のマネジメントおよび営業およびカスタマーサポート業務を一貫して行っていただきます。日本人社長の意向を理解し、タイ人2名へ伝達するのがマネジメントのメインミッションとなります。
・タイ人スタッフ２名のマネジメント
・販売と購買を担当
・顧客とサプライヤー間の調整（納期管理など含む）
・営業書類（P/O、請求書、見積書など）の確認と承認
・顧客を訪問してニーズを発掘し、当社商品の提案実施
・商品、価格などに関する顧客の質問への対応
・その他アサインされた業務

・チーム人数８名（うち営業2名）
【語学】
英語力（社内外ともに英語力が求められます）
【人物像】
・マネジメント経験を活かしたい方

Required Skills
【必須スキル】
・自動車、半導体、機械系の製造業営業経験が2年以上ある方（VISA取得上の都合により）
・リーダーあるいは、マネジメント経験がある方（タイ人2名のマネジメントの為）
・日常会話レベル以上の英語力（社内コミュニケーションはもちろんのこと、社外のお客様とも英語で折衝を行っていただきます）
・運転免許のある方（入社当初は他のスタッフと一緒に訪問をしますが、ゆくゆくは一人で運転して訪問していただきます）
・海外出張が可能な方
