●日本の取引先からの問い合わせ対応
・鉄鋼製品不具合の調整（原因確認・現地確認を含む）
・グループ会社と連携した補償対応
・取引先への鉄鋼関連技術の提供支援
●グループ会社への報告・相談
・調査結果および取引先ニーズの報告・協議
・協議結果・改善提案の取りまとめ
・取引先へのフィードバック
※グループ会社への報告は主に韓国語で実施
