【お仕事内容】
リクルーティングアドバイザー（求人開拓営業）
ワーホリ・留学・海外がある人材、英語が出来る人材を採用したい企業様に対する採用のアドバイスを行うと共に、求人開拓の営業を行って頂きます。
【待遇等】
※在宅（リモート）勤務の業務委託契約のお仕事です。
・月額：25万円～（週5日※フルタイム）＋インセンティブ
・年間報酬額例：460万円（月額業務委託料300万円＋インセンティブ160万円）
※初回契約3か月～
※週4日～、時短勤務希望の方は応相談
※出来高制
※イベント参加やリアルなミーティング参加の場合実費を支給

①人材紹介会社での勤務経験が1年以上ある方
②スカウト（ダイレクトリクルーティング）経験のある方
③WEBマーケティング、SNSマーケティングの実務経験がある方
