• BNPL（後払い）サービスの企画・開発・最適化を統括

• VPや各部門と連携し、要件定義・プロジェクト計画・リスク管理を実施

• 開発・実装フェーズの進行管理と品質担保（納期遵守・成果物の妥当性確認）

• ビジネス・開発両チームとの橋渡し役として、意思疎通と優先順位の明確化をサポート

• Mixpanel／Google Analytics等を用いたパフォーマンス分析・改善提案

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of core BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) services. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with leadership and engineers, and drive delivery of high-impact features with measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle of BNPL services, with a focus on both customer and merchant experience

• Define project scope, timeline, and risk plans in collaboration with VP and internal stakeholders

• Manage development, integration, and post-launch performance of key features

• Act as the communication bridge between business and technical teams

• Analyze product performance using tools such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics and suggest improvements

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager

• Background in fintech, retail, or banking industries

• Understanding of mobile app development and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Fluency in both Japanese and English (business level or higher)

Nice to Have:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree

• Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations

• Skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, or Python
