【概要】プライム上場企業の経営企画部で会議体運営を中心にコーポレート・ガバナンス業務（商事法務）全般を担当いただきます。
入社後は、会議体の運営の担当をはじめ、コーポレート・ガバナンス強化に向けた経営の中枢に関わる業務に携われます。
また、将来的には部内外を含めて会社経営に関わる様々な経験を積む環境があります。
【具体的な業務内容】
・株主総会、取締役会、経営会議、指名・報酬委員会等の運営業務
【年俸】
600万円～1,100万円
