Job Description

Main responsibilities include:

1.ERP System Design and Implementation:

  • Lead the design and architecture of the ERP system, considering organizational needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP solutions, providing guidance to development teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2.Integration and Interoperability:

  • Design and implement integration solutions between ERP and other business systems, fostering seamless data flow and communication.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party applications or tools to enhance ERP functionality and interoperability.
  • Identify potential technology risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize exposure to operational disruptions.

3.Performance Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of the ERP system, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of the ERP architecture.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology solutions, evaluating their performance and suggesting improvements as needed.

4.Security and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement robust security measures for the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on security best practices and proactively address potential vulnerabilities.

5.Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business leaders, end-users, and IT teams to understand evolving business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase, addressing any issues and ensuring successful system adoption.
  • Collaborate with venders, partners, and third-party service providers to evaluate products and services, ensuring they meet the organization's technical requirements and standards.

6.Documentation and Training:

  • Create comprehensive documentation for the ERP architecture, configurations, and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT staff to promote a thorough understanding of the ERP system.

Required Skills

Education/Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in ERP systems and architecture.
  • Language skills: English (Business Level), Japanese (Conversational Level)

Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an ERP Architect or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with expertise in one or more leading ERP platforms - SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Infor.
  • Experience with ERP system integration, data migration, and performance optimization.

Advantages abilities:

  • MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Bottlers Industry preferred
