The Company

An opportunity exists for an outstanding Sales Support Administrator to join this fast growing multinational staffing consultancy based in Japan. The company has been listed for eleven consecutive years in Fortune Magazines List of Americans Most Admired Companies and is currently experiencing outstanding business performance and growth across Japan market. 

 

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry
  • Formatting resumes to adhere to company standards
  • Organising job advertisements for internet and trade publications
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested.

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level Daily Conversation (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level Fluent
Minimum Education Level Technical/Vocational College
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

- プロ意識が高く、プレッシャーに強い方

- 効率よく仕事を進めることができ、細部への注意を払いながら正確に業務を遂行できる方

- 類似職務経験が1年以上あり、マイクロソフト・オフィス・スイートの実務知識と経験があることが必須

- 流暢な日本語能力とともに、会話レベルの英語力が必須

 

本案件はフルリモートのポジションです。オフィスへの出社は基本ありません。

給与については、ご経験と実績をもとに提示させていただきます。

You must be highly professional and efficient with an ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

At least one year experience in a similar role is essential as is a full working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Conversational level of English skill is a mandatory along with fluent level of Japanese skill. 

 

This is a full remote position. You will not be required to come in to work in our Tokyo/Osaka office on a daily basis.
