The company develops and operates cloud services for the human resources industry, both domestically and internationally. ■Responsibilities
Planning and development of new/existing services for the company's main product, the monthly cloud service "Porters".
The company aims to contribute to employment around the world by not only staying in the engineering domain but also freely discussing from the user's point of view and delivering functions that they have thought of themselves to the users.
■Specifically
As a development engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
・Development work to add functions and improve functions of existing services
・New product development work for newly launched services
■Engineering Organization
Currently, Porter's has about 20 engineers, about 4 of whom are involved in new business development and the rest in the development of the main products (CRM/ATS).
