【About the Company】
The company develops and operates cloud services for the human resources industry, both domestically and internationally. It supports the entire workflow of the list from managing a company's hiring needs, entering job seekers, setting up and managing automated interviews, matching, making decisions, and updating the list.

・The number of companies that have adopted the system ranges from some listed companies to small and medium-sized customers, with more than 2,100 companies, 10,000 IDs of paying users in 11 countries around the world, and the system is provided on a subscription model.
・The company has received the "Leader" award in the recruitment and staffing system category of the "ITreview Grid Award 2023 Winter" for 13 consecutive terms for its high level of satisfaction and recognition from users.
・AI-based scout assist service also launched, speeding up service development.

■Responsibilities
Planning and development of new/existing services for the company's main product, the monthly cloud service "Porters".
The company aims to contribute to employment around the world by not only staying in the engineering domain but also freely discussing from the user's point of view and delivering functions that they have thought of themselves to the users.

■Specifically
As a development engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
・Development work to add functions and improve functions of existing services
・New product development for newly launched services
・Optimization of development process and team building for each product and project
・Practice and promotion of verification of product specifications/business requirements/concepts, etc., with a focus on technology

■Development Environment
・Backend: Java, PHP
・Front-end: React, jQuery, Node.js
・Database: MySQL,Elasticsearch
・Infrastructure：AWS,Docker

■Engineer Organization
Currently, the company has about 20 engineers, about 4 of whom are involved in new business development and the rest in development of main products (CRM/ATS).
