コンプライアンスマネージャー/Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide compliance advice and support to various business units within the organization.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and discrepancies.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure compliance practices remain current.
• Collaborate with the existing compliance team to ensure consistent and effective compliance practices across the organization.
• Assist in conducting compliance training and education programs for staff members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
