・既存製品の品質と変更管理の主な業務:
・顧客返却品の解析・改善案実施(海外工場と連携)・顧客報告
・変更管理案件に関して社内関連部署を取りまとめて、申請から完了までの顧客窓口担当
・新製品開発時の品質業務の主な業務:
・新製品開発品質プロセスのチェック、DR、過去の問題の織込み、顧客品質監査対応および工程(海外工場)の改善実施・顧客報告、初期品質監視体制構築
