Our client is a leader in chemical industry where their products are served to many famous clients worldwide. They have been in the market for more than 60 years. The headquarter is in the USA but with their strong business, they have around 150 offices worldwide with more than 10,000 headcounts.

For Japan business, the company entered domestic market 40 years ago. They are one of the strongest players serving the Japan market with 5 offices in Japan.

Description

• Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  
  
  
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, under supervision.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns, following established procedures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department.

• Experience in basic accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Business English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
