この度、CBREグローバル・ワークプレイス・ソリューションズでは、プロジェクト・コーディネーターを募集します。
本ポジションでは、グローバル企業の1チームに所属し、各メンバー・クライアント様が柔軟に事業が進むよう事務的サポートを担っていただきます。
To provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative support service to the Head of Projects and Projects team.
1. **Project Planning:**
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
2. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Identify stakeholders and establish communication channels.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
3. **Team Leadership:**
- Build and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Motivate team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
4. **Risk Management:**
- Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Define quality standards and metrics for project deliverables.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
6. **Budget and Cost Management:**
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Control costs by tracking expenses, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
7. **Schedule Management:**
- Develop project schedules, including milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and implement schedule adjustments as needed.
8. **Communication Management:**
- Establish communication plans to ensure timely and effective information exchange.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and team members.
9. **Change Management:**
- Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Evaluate change requests, assess impacts, and obtain approvals as necessary.
10. **Procurement Management:**
- Identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement activities.
11. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
