We are seeking Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant and diverse Sales team in order to support seamless sales activities and administrative duties. 

  • Ability to utilize both English and Japanese language ability

  • Great career progression to Sales Manager position in the future

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative support for the sales team including phone calls, office supplies to support external clients from the major market segments: consortia, partnership program.

  •  Support in developing sales strategy, promotions, activities and hotel’s key marketing objectives as required by Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, ADOS, DOS and DOSM

  •  Support in developing and implementing domestic and international sales calls, client receptions, sales showcases, and more

  •  Support tracking and monitoring the productivity (i.e. number of leads, room and banquet targets, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, client receptions, sales showcase, and more) of individual targets

  • Be prepared to speak knowledgeably about the hotel and the group and remain educated on hotel and luxury industry trends, current events, and competitor’s activities

Required Skills

Requirements:

  • Prior experiences in hospitality industry is preferred.  

  • Native Japanese, at least business level in English 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and organization skills

  • Ability to multitasking and communicate effectively with cross departments
