We are seeking Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant and diverse Sales team in order to support seamless sales activities and administrative duties.
Ability to utilize both English and Japanese language ability
Great career progression to Sales Manager position in the future
Key Accountabilities
Provide administrative support for the sales team including phone calls, office supplies to support external clients from the major market segments: consortia, partnership program.
Support in developing sales strategy, promotions, activities and hotel’s key marketing objectives as required by Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, ADOS, DOS and DOSM
Support in developing and implementing domestic and international sales calls, client receptions, sales showcases, and more
Support tracking and monitoring the productivity (i.e. number of leads, room and banquet targets, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, client receptions, sales showcase, and more) of individual targets
Be prepared to speak knowledgeably about the hotel and the group and remain educated on hotel and luxury industry trends, current events, and competitor’s activities

Requirements:
Prior experiences in hospitality industry is preferred.
Native Japanese, at least business level in English
Strong interpersonal skills and organization skills
Ability to multitasking and communicate effectively with cross departments
