As the Market Development Manager, you will lead strategy development and implementation, drive capability building initiatives, and oversee sales promotions to enhance market presence and revenue growth in the surgical and urology sector.

  • Develop and implement short to long-term market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

  • Plan and execute sales training programs, conduct customer visits, analyze sales performance, and develop evaluation parameters for sales reps.

  • Proficiency in English communication to effectively drive business initiatives and engage with stakeholders.
