Job Description
- Review outsourced accounting work to ensure accurate financial results
- Coordinate quarterly closing (including negotiation of timeline with Asset Managers, Property Managers and accounting firm) to meet the reporting deadline
- Review monthly/quarterly financial reports prepared by accounting firms in compliance with IFRS and JGAAP
- Support handling statutory audits
- Budget planning
