The Role

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the Fintech/Insurtech vertical, fostering partnerships and ensuring success.
  • Plan and execute tailored sessions and activities for startups and stakeholders in the accelerator program.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, overseeing contract renewals and onboarding efforts.
  • Forge connections with media, incubators, investors, and other strategic partners to expand the ecosystem.
  • Manage outreach to mentors and advisors involved in the accelerator program.
  • Oversee logistics for Fintech/Insurtech-related events.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and outreach activities to promote the program.
  • Take charge of improving accelerator program operations, including team development, process optimization, and introducing new tools for efficiency.

Your Skills

  • Native Japanese speaker and business-level proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
  • Over 5 years of successful experience in consulting or strategic account management within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
  • Proven expertise in startups, open innovation, and new business creation, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
  • Dedicated to catalyzing impactful change within leading Japanese corporations.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges innovatively.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to the innovation ecosystem and proactively initiating initiatives for societal benefit.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and top-quality execution.
