・レベニューマネジメント
・組織のマネジメント
ホテルの収支・運営品質改善のためのマネジメント業務・レポーティング業務をメインにお任せいたします。
「売上の最大化及び運営効率を向上・費用をセーブ、付加価値の創出/顧客満足度の向上」を念頭に、データや数字を基に仮説検討から企画立案までご対応いただきます。
また、ホテル業務が円滑に進むように、社員・アルバイトの指揮から各人のパフォーマンスチェックまでご対応いただきます。
