Creative Media Agency Project Manager

Job Description
We are now looking for a bilingual (JA and EN) project manager. This role is extremely varied and may include the management of projects covering all kinds of media, from video to print, presentations to magazine articles. The project manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of the project, from client communications to budget, ideation (with the creative team) to quality control.

You would be working in an extremely diverse environment, with 11 nationalities, colleagues from age 20 to 50, at least two of whom have pink hair. Exceptionally flexible working - can work from home up to three days a week, can work overseas for up to one month per year etc. Split shifts are also possible. We would also consider part-timers, that is, working less than 8 hours per day.

Our international team (11 nationalities) has grown from two to 20 over the past four years as we find ourselves in the right place at the right time, with many Japanese corporations needing professional support with their international PR/communications to help them become truly 'global', and many overseas companies need production support in Japan.

Work Hours
Flextime. 8 Hours per day / 40 hours per week.
Core hours: 11am to 3pm.
