The Role

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement analysis opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of ad-hoc analyses, reports, metrics, and dashboards
• Analyze actual financial results, comparing them to historical performance
• Monitor expenses against budgets and communicate results to management
• Quickly adapt to procedural changes and support special projects
• Foster relationships with business partners to facilitate communication between FP&A and operating departments
• Manage entity financials and assist with payroll processing
• Coordinate with external parties like auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties

Your Skills

• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Any industry is welcomed to apply
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English
