Job Description

  • アプリケーションインシデントに迅速に対応し、根本原因を診断し、ダウンタイムを最小限に抑えるための解決策を実施する。
  • Java、Spring、Angular、REST API、その他の技術を使用して、SAP Commerce Cloudのストアフロントを強化する。
  • バグレポートの分析、問題の優先順位付け、修正の実装
  • バージョン管理とコラボレーションにGitを使用する。
  • 変更管理プロセスに従って変更を実装する。
  • パフォーマンス指標を監視し、ボトルネックを特定し、最適化する。
  • 必要に応じて未解決の問題をエスカレーションする。
  • 包括的なドキュメントを維持し、ユーザーとサポートチームにトレーニングを提供する。

 

  • Respond promptly to application incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Enhance SAP Commerce Cloud storefronts using Java, Spring, Angular, REST API, and other technologies
  • Analyze bug reports, prioritize issues, and implement fixes.
  • Use Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Implement changes following change management processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize.
  • Escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to users and support teams.

Required Skills

  • 認定教育機関での学士号取得者、またはそれに相当する外国人学位取得者。学歴の代わりに、その専門分野における3年間の実務経験も考慮する。
  • Java、Springフレームワーク、Angular、REST API、Apache Solr、Ingress、HTML、CSS、JavaScriptなどのWeb技術に精通していること。
  • SQLコマンドの使用経験、クラウド環境でのデータ管理実務経験。
  • シフト勤務に柔軟に対応できる方。
  • Eコマースプラットフォーム、テクノロジー、ベストプラクティスを熟知していること。
  • 技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングとソリューションの実装に精通していること。
  • ITILプロセスの経験
  • 日本国籍および日本での就労資格をお持ちの方はご応募ください。現時点ではスポンサーはできません。
  • 流暢な日本語スキル、ビジネスレベルの英語スキル。
  • スピード感のある環境で、自主的かつ協調的に業務を遂行できる方。
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーションおよび調整能力の高い方
  • 様々なソフトウェア開発ライフサイクルモデルやフェーズに関する豊富な経験と理解。
  • 細部にまで気を配り、質の高いサポートサービスを提供できる方。
     
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Proficient in web technologies like Java, Spring framework, Angular, REST API, Apache Solr, Ingress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
  • Good experience in using SQL commands, data management practices in cloud environments.
  • Should be flexible to work on shift basis.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
  • Experience with various ITIL processes.
  • Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
  • Fluent Japanese skills, with business-level English skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer communication and coordination capabilities.
  • Strong experience and understanding of various software development life cycle models and phases.
