【Job Description】

You will concentrate on the mission of ensuring the stable operation of the web conference system, specialized in sales.

Leader in the necessary design, construction, operation and maintenance of servers and infrastructure layers, from daily monitoring and troubleshooting required for stable operation of products to construction of infrastructure utilizing the latest technology such as Kubernates I will lead you.

It is possible to gain experience at the forefront of building and improving a stable product with technology and organization based on data, rather than manpower-driven system operation.

■ Development process
・ Development flow
Issues from the customer's perspective are mainly assigned by the product manager, and issues from the technical perspective are assigned by the CTO or SRE team engineers to Backlog and assigned in charge along with the desired schedule. After that, the engineer makes a new estimate and sets an appropriate period to proceed with development.

・ Development policy
Development is done on a pull request basis using GitHub, and basically all code is reviewed. We will continue to work actively to improve quality.

・ Team management
I have 1on1 weekly with CTO and development director who allocate resources. From the situation of individuals and teams, we coordinate with the progress of the project as needed.
