【 Job Description】

■On September 1, 2022, POL Inc. was reborn as LabBase Inc.
In September 2022, LabBase has renewed its corporate identity (CI) and redefined its company name, service brand, and purpose.
The service names, such as "LabBase Shushoku," "LabBase Tenshoku," and "LabBase Lab Search," have been unified as "LabBase ◯◯" (LabBase◯◯).
In addition, instead of the former "Mission" and "Vision," they have been replaced by a new purpose, "The power of research for the betterment of mankind" as the top priority.

■Funding in September 2022 with a Series B financing
The company raised the Series B funding to promote its newly established Purpose, "The Power of Research, the Power of Mankind."

This time, with the concept of "a company of researchers, by researchers, for researchers", the company invited governmental funds and researchers to participate in the shareholders' meeting.

■Responsibilities
・Build systems from the perspective of a single service and platform
・Putting the business domain into code
・Quickly create products from hypotheses and promote value verification from an engineer's standpoint
・Propose reasonable designs based on the business situation, and make decisions from a technical perspective, taking scalability into consideration
・Propose and promote proactive improvement of technical debt

■Development Flow
・Teams develop each service based on company-wide strategies.
