【Job Description】 

In 202X, the company is currently planning and studying the development of new products in a new business area with a completely new concept. They are looking for a person who can join as a lead engineer in that team.

The company continues to grow by providing new value to the market in the legal and contract area, including an AI-based contract review function.
Officially released in April 2019, the company's contract review platform is growing at an astounding rate, with the number of companies that have installed it surpassing 3,000 (as of August 2023), and more and more companies are interested in using it.
In addition, the AI contract management system has received a lot of positive feedback since its official release in January 2021, and the number of companies that have installed the system has exceeded 800 (as of March 2023).

In 2023, the company enters the U.S. legal tech market and launches a new product called DecideOn in the decision-making and governance area. It will continue to grow and provide new value to the market.

【Job】
■Mission / Issues
As the technical lead for the product, you will work with the product owner and product manager to ensure delivery of the product that combines achievement of business goals with appropriate quality of service.

■Responsibilities
- Technical lead of the development team for technical decision making and negotiations with people outside the team
- Domain modeling and data modeling for the future of the product
- Architectural design for both quality and productivity
- Development planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations for web application enhancements and new feature development
- Establishment of mechanisms to improve development productivity, such as schema-driven development, libraryization, and continuous deployment
- Developing various automations and processes to improve team productivity and product quality, and writing documentation to share knowledge with the team
- Collaborate with technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching of team members to ensure delivery of a product that combines achievement of business goals with appropriate quality of service

【Required】
- 5+ years of working experience and expertise in the following elemental technologies that make up the Web backend
- Linux OS
- Relational databases
- Web API
- Cache
- Experience in front-end development using modern front-end frameworks (React / VueJS / Angular, etc.)
- Experience designing and building cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 5+ years of working experience in one programming language and understanding of language specifications
- Experience with both interpreted and compiled languages
- Hands-on experience with data modeling in business applications
- Experience leading a technical team and driving technology selection and problem solving
- Experience reviewing and implementing initiatives to improve team code quality and productivity
- Experience in providing technical guidance and training to team members as a team leader
- Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1

【Preferred】
- Experience developing large or complex web systems
- Experience with domain modeling of complex applications
- Experience with Docker or other container related technologies
- Experience with DDD or clean architecture practices
- Basic experience with programming, algorithms, and data structures, including natural language processing and parsing
- Experience in collecting and visualizing data needed for decision making
- Skills in writing maintainable code with an awareness of responsibility and cohesiveness
- Skill in writing robust code with an awareness of error handling
- Expert knowledge of software architecture patterns
